Who we are
Barbara Konadu-Ford, LCSW, LCAS, Q-SAP, SSW
Iam a Licensed Clinical Social worker and founder of Healthy Insight Therapy. As a Ghanaian, I’ve grown to appreciate and respect the teachings of Sankofa. That is, we should reach back and gather the best of what our past has to teach us, so that we can achieve our full potential as we move forward. Whatever we have lost, forgotten, forgone, or been stripped of can be reclaimed, revived, preserved, and perpetuated.
With this intention and others, if you are looking for a therapist who is honest, empathic, and nonjudgmental, then you have come to the right place.
